Rumor has it, there's an updated sound set for MTH Premier 20-3376-1 NYC Mohawk made in 2009. Thing is there's no sounds that I can find for this engine or any of my other engines, not that I want to change them, just wondering why I don't see them. So what am I doing wrong when it comes to sound searches?

Gary, where did you get the rumor from? Here is the stock file attached.

Hi Marty I tried looking up the file form the item number and could not find any sound file , where did you find it ?
Alan
An alternate sound file for the 20-3372 Mohawk was produced in late 2012, the chief difference being that the engine sounds are considerably louder than what's in the stock file. As far as I know, the modified file was never posted on the MTH web site. A copy is attached.

Alan, being an MTH tech, I have access to this.
Speaking of sound files, is there a newer, louder version for my GEVO item 20-2689-1 diesel?
I love the engine, but the sounds are pretty weak.
Thanks
Check your MTH number.
Go with this file for better sound.

Is there secret library of sound files I dont know about?
Sorry Marty,
It's 20-2986-1E on the box.
Will the file you posted effect the strobe
lights on the frame of the engine?
It will work. Matt, no secret. Go to the tech site and log into the More Technician Only Info using your password.
MTH's new web site has had periodic issues with searches. DO NOT use the home page for searches anyway. Just like the old website, go to the service page, then click on sound files and do your search from there.
Even so, some file have not transferred over, so there still is the old website to use. If not there, e-mail to service to get what you need posted. G
Gary, where did you get the rumor from? Here is the stock file attached.
A mutual friend of ours who supposedly heard it from you. Anyway I guess if I don't see it on MTH's site, I'll ask you guys and whamo it gets posted. Thanks 700E, GGG, Marty and others.
Gary, I have not conversed with anyone about that file. It is common knowledge MTH has done some updated sound files.
Thanks Marty,
I just installed the sound file you shared,
and the engine sounds much better.
