Has anyone else been eyeing the Space Force Commodore Vanderbilt custom run from Legacy Station? I wasn't initially in the market for one (I don't run NYC and none of Lionel's fantasy schemes really struck a chord with me), but when I saw LS' run I had to pause. Looks pretty darn sharp to me. Curious what other folks think...

To each their own but I would expect Space Force to be a modern engine.
I'm a sucker for Halloween and Christmas liveries! I would have to absolutely love a paint scheme to spend that kind of money. If you do...go for it!!!

I'm with @MartyE, Space Force on a steam locomotive doesn't resonate with me. Also, coming from a long-time military family, the "Space Force" hasn't sunk into my brain as a real branch yet, still seems like a joke. I'll stick with my drab green Army locomotives pulling a consist of lots and LOTS of tanks.
I think it's pretty attractive actually...

Don't get me wrong, if you like it go for it. Since Space Force is rather recent I just think of a modern engine.
