If any one wants to build a steel mill, I suggest Wayne Cole Books Ghost Rails X. It covers the J&L mill at Aliquippa, Pa. from construction in 1908 to demolition in the 80s. lots of photos of the mill, steel making, equipment and their plant railroad. Lots of detail. Best book on steel I have seen. You can Google his name and get the website.
