I recommend an email that includes your phone number for a call back.
Clyde usually answers the phone. Not so hot with emails. Make sure to look at posted hours of business on website. If you’re not calling during business hours…

Yes I called during their ‘open’ hours. Rang no answer.
I called the next day with the same result.
No reply to that Joe. He and Diane answer their phone. Hope they’re not dealing with some personal crisis.
I was in the store 3-4 weeks ago, and it was pretty busy for a weekday afternoon in February. Seemed like business-as-usual with the repair guy (can't recall his name) talking to customers as well.
I sent an email and Clyde answered about four days later. Never had a problem with them. May just be something out of the ordinary.
Thank you to all. Clyde did respond back. It just took a few days. Patience is not one of my virtues. lol

In this hobby, patience is not just a virtue; it is a must. Keep in mind that most of these are small business operations, and that they are having to deal with the various problems most small businesses still face in this post-Covid period. These are good, trustworthy folks for the most part, and if they are supporting OGR through their advertising with us (Stockyard Express does), they are especially good and trustworthy folks.
