Good Morning Everyone,
I am getting ready to construct another saw mill. I am posting pictures of one I previously constructed.
Let's see what you all have for this week.

This summers project was to finish off a wall. For 25 years I've been looking at studs and insulation. It came with the house. I did put up some 1/4" plywood and some train shelves. I hired a plasterer to finish it off. Really didn't like the shelving look. I wanted to use it more as a photo backdrop. After reading and watching videos I did the sky and some clouds. Then added the mountain. Will probably add a green color and make what's there look like it's off in the distance. I never photographed the layout from this point. There is a pathway between the Benchwork and wall to access the layout from the stairs. A work in progress but it now looks a lot better.
Outstanding Dave.
Dave that's a fantastic scene!
Looks great Dave!

I'm building a display case for my loads. I have four 4' foot sections of ballasted track to put several hoppers with loads in, but had limited space to put loads on the table. I made the case 4' feet wide by 28" inches high, by 12" inches deep. I used 3/4" X 1 1/4" pieces to divide the spaces, with holes every 1/2" for adjustable shelves. The front posts are red oak for strength. I used 1/4" luan for the space between the dividers, the shelves, and the back. The bottom is 1/2" luan, and the top and sides are 3/4" white pine; I want to keep it as light as possible. I used steel pins for the shelf rests, and if two shelves are at the same height, I cut longer pins to extend on both sides of the posts. I plan to paint it, but haven't decided what colors or scheme to do. I'm including some photos, and maybe some of you may have some color suggestions.

Perhaps something neutral that won't show every speck of dust.
Really nice work this week everyone. [sound of applause]
