I recently picked up a Lionel 24161 Test O' Strength carnival accessory where the man swings the sledge to hit the plank and send the weight up to hit the bell. All seem to be working fine (guy movement, sledge swing, lights, sound) with the exception being that the weight does not rise up the tower. That said, I'm not sure if it should or not. The Lionel documentation is rather vague...
Should the little weight rise to the top of the tower (if so, what makes it go up?) or are we supposed to just imagine seeing it rise given the sound & light cues???
