Thinking about my father's favorite engine, the Boucher 2500 Blue Comet 4-6-2, I had a dream last night of the Boucher engine and Lionel's 381 Brute running on the same layout. Wow! That would be a sight to behold. The largest standard gauge engines on the planet running together. Has anyone done this?

What a nice dream.
MERRY CHRISTMAS
I think I saw that on one of TM's tinplate videos. Not 100% sure on that. That would be cool.
I dreamed of "onion ring pizza" last night.
I enjoyed operating my Brute with its 4-car Showroom consist for several years on 084 diameter tinplate track. Then decided it was too much trouble to move and transport this monster, so I sold it to a close friend. I agree that it and the Boucher loco are a great combo!
It could happen at a SGMA show. We ran a triple Blue Comet. Boucher, Original Lionel and Lionel Classics at SGMA Dulles. This was before The Brute hit the market.
OK. I almost happened at SGMA Dulles show. In Jim Kelly-Evans video the Brute pulling a long freight passed the Boucher engine sitting in a siding showing off its dual motors. Later in the video the Boucher is running around the layout.
