That loco is a 2-axle diesel, like the BEEP, but otherwise doesn't really look that much like one: its cab is all the way at the end of the loco.
The cab in the BEEP, while not exactly in the middle of the loco, has a definate cowling on both in front and behind.
The photo below shows the best match I've ever found. It is a Brookville DER70, 600 HP, two-axle diesel, with the cab in the right position and, overall, the right look and proportions. Ladders in the right places, etc., too.
