Darwin missed another one. If he was a train guy he would have waited until the train passed and enjoyed it passing. A true loser all the way around.
I'm sure he's in his hospital with his family around and they are all questioning why the train didn't brake when it saw him going around the gates.
Booze makes you do stupid things. These folks need to be locked up for a looooong time. In my book it's 2nd degree murder waiting to happen.
Don't you just HATE it when those darned trains swerve off the track, hit automobiles, then swerve right back onto the track WITHOUT ANYONE NOTICING????

They charged him with reckless driving, fail to obey railroad crossing signals and no seat belt. I hope he has to pay for damages to the train and any civil suits filed by passengers for making them late.

Stupid people have much harder life to live than normal people do. Pretty sad I say. We SEE drivers texting ,reading a book (yes reading) and yapping on the cell phone for miles !!!! how worse can they get ? . Back in 1977 I came to a stop light and a woman in BIG caddy reared me and destroyed my 1969 dodge charger because she was putting on her lipstick looking at the rear view mirror and she didn't have insurance. There is a old saying "you can't fix stupid" and there's plenty out there to this day!!!!!!

The Norfolk (the train's origination city) newspaper states that the driver was 31 and the article did not mention alcohol. Rather he was ticketed for reckless driving, failure to obey RR crossing signals and not wearing a seat belt. He's in fair condition with no bones broken; just a small cut, bruises and a knot on his head (that may have been there before the crash) 
. From the looks of the car, it seems he should be deceased at this point.

Possibly indicating that he was indeed drunk, i.e. well liquored up to the point of being very "loose & limber" and thus not seriously injured.

in the next life i want to come back as a news reporter. there couldn't be a simpler job on earth. every day all you have to do is go to the police station and ask what happened that day. regardless if it is 'news' or not, there is your show, collect your salary.

i sometimes watch the local news, but only until i find out about the most recent stabbing or shooting where someone is already in custody. it usually takes no more than about 30 seconds.
I can't get it to play. I am always getting an Adobe Player box saying something .com wants to store 10Kb on my computer. No matter how many times I click deny, it won't let me proceed. If I do allow it the piece will plqay but then I get unwanted pop ups or porno sites.
Anyone else get these how do you disable this. About ready to ditch Adobe player.
