Has anyone figured out a safe way to remove the mold spots/stains that appear on the satin black pre war Lionel paint? Soap and water do not cut it, light oil with a toothbrush does not cut it, even a light daub of auto wax doesn't cut it. Something has to remove this stubborn staining without harming the paints.

it may be spider poop!!
I've had luck with a little Amor-All scrubbed on with a tooth brush on the trucks.
