Anyone know of any service centers that have thumb wheels that they can do a replacement for me? Just called one and they have not had parts since August and are not sure they will ever get more. Thanks.

If it's just the plastic cracked those parts are available, if you need the whole Thumb Wheel Assembly those are tough to get.

Do you need the thumbwheel assembly or just the cradle?
I have the cradle. I actually do have a couple of thumbwheels, I'm hanging on to them until MTH releases the new batch, I have a couple of remotes that I want to change them out.
I have thumbwheels and can do the repair. Email in profile. G
