Tom (Gilly@N&W) and I are making an abbreviated York trip this year (work for him and a wedding for me). We're arriving Weds evening late. We will only be there Thursday and will be leaving to get back to Central Virginia after dinner at Tuesdays around 7-7:30PM.

We would like to see as many of our friends as we can. We are planning to have breakfast at the Round-the-Clock Diner at around 8AM on Thursday the 23rd.

We'd love to have company. Please let us know if you can join us. We'll get a bigger table.

This is open to all Forum members.....York 1st timers are especially welcome.....

I'd have to leave at 6 AM to make it there by eight. I don't want to pack my car the night before, and have all my gear out all night. I would consider trying the Thursday at Tuesdays again, but by the time I got there, some folks were leaving, and I sat in a booth waiting for a waitress to come back who never did, and ended up leaving.

And Doc Peter is good company. he will be handy if one of you turns green.

I got to find my Phillies hat for David.  We will be in Phillies territory no Dodgers hats allowed!

Would love to but I'll probably be pulling out of my driveway, badge in hand, around that time.  Maybe I'll pick up a Taylor Ham, egg and cheese bagel for the drive, so I'll be joining you in spirit!

Just got to get through a Call Night and a then workday with a meeting at the end.

Mid-day I need to find a few minutes to get the pooch off to the dog spa (Max loves it, especially the warm oatmeal bath with vanila aromatherapy!).

Then, the dinner meeting and afterwards, I told GillY@N&W that I will pick him up about 1930hrs......whew! We'll be on our way!

Safe travels to all. See you Thursday!

See everyone at York.

The wife and I will be at the Six also, I will take you there.

John

ps, the scrap-le is on me.

Matt, I am trying to get the wife motivated to get there early so I can get you over to the PRR train Museum.

Thanks. It was dark and I drove right past it. I'm literally on the other side of the 83 cloverleaf.

We had a great time meeting and socializing with everyone. The guys with Angel's Gate Hi Railers are a great bunch. We were comparing notes and it was amazing the similarities between the good experiences with their club and ours.

As for the Scrapple, it was excellent. No joking; it is good! I do think it would be better with some Sriracha.  I just may bring my own bottle next time!
