I just purchased my first subway train! 4-car 30-2447-1. Two issues, as this is a "like new" in original box and plastic, but obviously an older product. First, how many tires should be on the lead engine? There are four, and I found 4 more in plastic bag. Should I install all 8 or is it 4 plus 4 spares? Second, I have a very frequent uncoupling problem. In the past I've solved this by lubricating the wheels and axles to ease the pull. I've done that and all seem to spin freely. It seems to happen at locations in the layout where the couplings ride up and down on each other. It's not that they ride up and out , the coupler actually OPENS. any ideas?
