Probably the CW-80 not compatible. Try a different transformer. G

Hopefully, you took more care in setting up the TIU that you did editing your post.
First, I agree with George. Replace the CW80. It has a history of not playing nice with DCS or PS2/PS3 engines.
Second, not to put to fine a point on things, however, exactly how did you set up and program the TIU? Please be specific.

That's nice. I still have no idea what you actually did.
One more time, exactly how did you set up and program the TIU? Please be specific.

I ran two wires form the track to the tiu output the the cw80 to the inport,in the romte I whet too TR and went to varblale 1 whare the wires are at. Ps the tiu has not bin altered it is new.
You need to provide power to either Fixed #1 In or the Aux. Power port in order to run DCS engines on any of the other 3 channels.
Connect two jumpers, one from Variable #1 In Red terminal to the Fixed #1 In Red terminal, and the other from the Variable #1 In Black terminal to the Fixed #1 In Black terminal.
That should read "too" fine a point.

No, I'm afraid that you're mistaken. It's correct as written.
The use of the word "put", in this case is "to put", as in "to place" something.
In other words, "I decided to put the cup on the table" or "I decided to put a sharper point on the pencil".
