After carving out the apron on my e-bay purchased 8351 so I could add a coupler, I am in need of some dark blue Santa Fe touch up paint. I see where the Train Tender sells 208-PB Santa Fe Alco blue paint 1/2 pint for $9.50, but I also remembered that Testor's sells very small bottles of enamel paint for model work. Has anyone ever found a match for that particular shade of blue? Or other suggestions?

Ive been surprised recently by the paints available at Hobby Lobby if you have one nearby.

I usually bring my trains to my local hobby shop to find a matching paint. I just use testors. And if it doesn't match well, I mix other colors into it

Rust-Oleum 2X paint comes in the Midnight Satin Blue and is very close to Alaska, Santa Fe, Virginian and CSX and other dark blues and works well on plastic.
