TPC 400 not operatimg in Conventional

The Ford Model Railroad Club was set up at the Maker Faire' this weekend and Sunday morning it was fine and then started not working in conventional. The power to the track could be set at max and then turned down - BUT - when we attempted to turn the power up the power shut off completly. I reset to conventional but with the came results. I will investigate Monday or Tue but could use some thoughts. Thanks Bruce
