On my layout I have tubular track running under a raised platform which handles a second layer of track. I am running into problems with the track coming apart under the platform and it’s difficult to access the track. I didn’t secure the track because we were planning on moving the entire layout. Is there something I can do to keep the track secure at this point. I’ve thought of wiring the pieces of track together under the platform. Or secure the track I can access to the table. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I don't have a clear picture of your exact situation, but Lionel has made track clips for O-27 and O tubular track:

They work by clipping the ties of adjoining tracks together.
Try zip ties (also known as cable ties) - very inexpensive at Harbor Freight.
The track clips for O do not work on Menards O Gauge track because the crosstie spacing is different than the Lionel. Zip ties work.
Especially need for bumpers. Ask me how I know.

Since the track is already in place, screws and zip ties are practical. Clips that could be installed from above the track would be best. This sounds like a project for someone with a 3D printer.
