Does such a thing exist? Is there a train broker that I could contact if I want a specific model and can't find it because it's sold out? Thanks.

Well, the forum does have a “Want to Buy” Thread. If you haven’t already posted there, you might list the manufacture, product number, Road number and any other specific information you wish. You can be your own broker. Certainly worth a try.
Put it in the Wanted to buy section. It's worked for me on occasion and I've also been able to help others find things sometimes.
Forum sponsor Trainz has a wish list. Create your wish list. If they ever get the item, you will be notified.
@loadletter91 update your profile so people can PM you or have your email address. As it stands nobody can PM you- making your WTB rather pointless if people cannot contact you. BTW, forum Sponsor Pat's Trains has what you are looking for and in stock.
