I searched and found this topic. I stumbled on Man Caves on DIY tonight. While showing a different project they showed a brief clip of the train episode. Does anyone know if it was O Gauge? It looked like 3 rail from what little glimpse I saw. I haven't been able to find any pictures or videos of it online. If anyone has a link to photos or videos of this project, I'd like to see it. Thanks.
I believe this episode has been shown before. If it is the one I viewed, it certainly was O-Gauge.
The highlight was a sliding barn type door made to look like a boxcar door. The layout is O-gauge and the episode has been shown a couple of times.

I enjoyed watching it. Thanks for posting it. I'm building a sliding door for the addition on my garage, I hope it rolls as easy as the one on Man Cave!
I wonder where this was done. Conrad, the guy building the layout, owns a train store up the road from my office. They also gave them tickets for Roadside America, which is about 75 miles from here.

Thanks for posting this link. I finally had a chance to watch this show. They did a nice job. Maybe it's my computer but I couldn't pause or go back to see some of the details like the layout and the shelving. It would be nice to see some pictures of some of the features they created in this episode.
I am so jealous of the train room.Is Captain Steroid the host of every episode?I wonder why he had to wear shades in the train shop.Seems like it would be hard to see the trains.

You might have seen him in advertisements recently (on ALL the time on ESPN, Fox Sports etc). There may be a link between your comment and a certain medical condition.
