Train Store Info

Just Trains just off I-95 at the DE-MD border.

If you do the popular DE toll avoiding run around you would pass the industrial park of Just Trains which is located on the Newark/Elkton Road.

AKA  JusTrains.

Are you referring to Joes Train Station?  Your description of the store sounds the same.

If so, yes, it is still there.  He changed the store configuration from that original layout.

I was actually there just last weekend.

Henning's in Lansdale PA is a gold mine for widgets.  Hundreds maybe thousands of drawers of parts, fasteners and gizzos, plus they know how to use and repair them.

Great display of stock and demo layout.

I suspect you may be thinking of Sottungs?  They were in the Croydon area, which is very close to the Delaware River.  The other shops mentioned are both very good, but not close to any river.  I am not sure if they are still there though.

Also, Doug's Trains on Philadelphia Pike in Claymont, DE.    Small store but has a wide variety of speciality tools, blades, drills, adhesives, fasteners, wood & brass shapes and new & used O gauge track  plus the latest OGR in the magazine rack.  Heavy stock of HO brass.  Bonus, it's only a half mile from the Delaware River.

Sottungs doesn't sound familar but the location does.

While I spent all my time and money at NST yesterday, I've put together a list stores to visit from the suggestions in this thread.
