Having a few people over for New Years and we usually get around to running some trains.  Tonight I'll be running 8 trains simultaneously.  Tinplate on the floor, tinplate on the 1938 repro layout, and modern on the 5 x 10 layout.  Here is what it looks like in daylight and with the lights off.  Please people, don't step on the trains.   Wishing all of my forum mates a Very Happy and Healthy New Year.

Two Postwar trains and two Modern era trains. Will probably switch 'em out tomorrow.

Postwar: 2023 AAs from the 1467W set pulling the Christmas train and the 773 pulling Postwar freight.

Modern: MTH Premier BNSF GP40 with a local BNSF freight train and the MTH Y6B with the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train Cars (Yo MTH.......nice going on getting us the RK engine before Christmas! )

These layouts are all terrific.  I have been away from my trains for about 10 years.  Just keeping them running and dusted but not doing much with them.   Maintained my TCA membership all the while.  I am back now.  Getting stuff out, opening boxes, building a new tinplate layout I have wanted to build all that time.  Next project may well be a two loop with siding SG layout around the ceiling if my aching back will permit.
