This is my first post and I hope there is someone on the forum who has some information. I know that JDS Production has ended, but I am still waiting on the return of one engine. Does anyone know what is going on and how to reach Jeffrey? There is no response to the contact info I have.

It's the same situation for me as well. I haven't been able to get a reply back from him other than his regular standard email, which is now dead it seams... .
They had great products, but 5 star customer support was never one of their strongholds... I'd have emails unanswered for months at a time, so it does not surprise me how they do not answer their emails now.. They are Out of Business and there never was any announcement as to closing the Business or anything, to my knowledge.

Unfortunately I am not on Facebook. At ext to the number listed in TCA did not get a response and a call to the same number was not accepted.
You have been given info on how to contact him via facebook....if you don't have FB then find a friend or family member that does and have them contact him on your behalf.
