Another gem!  As I read your topic name, it reminded me of Renisance I and II in Pittsburgh, turning it from a dingy steel mill city into a sparkling modern city.  Even the buildings from the first half of the last century look better in the sun...when the sun is out in this rainy summer, that is.

Another amazing building on your layout.

Once again another amazing building. So with all that new tax revenue coming in. What plans for infrastructure improvements( Roads, sewers, mass transit, schools).  I guess the next question is.  Do you plan on selling the air rights above the yards to allow for more development?

Thanks Doug...!  Hey, that extra tax revenue has to go into the pockets of "certain" of my O-scale folks on the layout, just like the real world.... so there are no plans on any infrastructure improvements...we're doing it just like the prototype!!...LOL!!
