That looks very impressive. I’m also in the planning stages; not sure of the room size for a pending addition. What are the dimensions of your space and what are you going to operate off of the catenary?

That looks really nice, may i ask, what are the room dimensions, i`m in a room 12 x 10, my just finished bench work is an L shaped, 12 x 4 on one side, 8 x 4 on the other, good luck with it, Phil

The room size is 24' x 15'.  Right now it's an unfinished attic over my garage.  I have about seven feet of headroom.  

I will be operating semi-scale GG1s, EP-5s and maybe some E33s.  The E33s are taller than the other two locos and from past experience, may not quite clear low catenary, as in tunnels and through the 313 bascule bridge.

I have the good fortune to have an unfinished space.  The actual attic dimensions are 24' x 20'.  I need to leave some space along one of the twenty-four foot sides for non-train related storage.  The way I have it sketched the actual layout takes up a space of 12' x 18'.
