I have an MTH NYC hudson . I do not know what catalog it is from. The product number is MT-1103. It only has a whistle. I would like to know if this can be upgraded to PS3.

yes as long as it has a dc motor and flywheel, it can be converted!

If it's the small Railking Hudson you're probably better off just buying a newer one with PS3. It will cost $200 for a PS3 steam kit plus $80-100 in labor to have it installed. A PS3 Railking version will set you back $300-400 and you'll get better lighting/detail to boot.
