Value of O-Gauge Polar Express Set?

I'm thinking about posting a Lionel O-Gauge Polar Express set for sale in the sale forums here. This is the pre-Lion Chief set still new in the original outer cardboard shipping carton. What should I ask for this?

If it is one of the originals with Santa's bell, track and CW-80. They are starting to appear again in the $249.00-$259.00 range. I feel that this is still a little high. This is only my opinion.
