Reworking some prewar bridges and am very happy with the colors. The green is Krylon Gloss Ivy Leaf, the cream is actually Rustolium Gloss Warm Yellow.
Now to get left alone to work on the approach ramps.

Steve, thank you for posting this. I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to find a good Lionel "cream", have tried many shades of off-white and yellow and not been happy with them. I will give these a try.
Wow! Incredibly close, at least from here. I would be very happy too with that color match. Please show the approaches when done.
Here are the completed bridges. The single span I did for Jeff aka captaincog and the double span is mine. Jeff's was rusty, mine had been painted black.

Nice job Steve. The colors look good to me.
Those look really nice!

Great match.
Very nice! I am planning on attempting my bridges like this. What color did you use on the track roadbed?
The road bed is Rustolium dark gray.

Beautiful work! I'll be tackling my Hellgate soon. Any idea what would match the terracotta base?
isn't it nice to have a hardware store with a variety of spray can colors!!!
do you turn your cans upside down and spray to empty and clean the nozzle as recommended by the directions on the back of the can???
I do not do this, because I don't want to waste paint and I have never had any trouble with clogged tubes or nozzles.
I also keep on hand extra nozzles saved from previous paint jobs just in case.
I have purchased new cans that sometines don't work and swapped out the nozzle with a saved one and it works fine.

Thanks, Steve. I have a bunch of Woods spray cans, but sadly a lot of them didn't spray right a day after purchase, so I avoid that paint now.
Very nice Steve. You would be hard pressed to see the difference.

Steve,
Is the Hellgate in your photos "original colors" or is that also a repaint of yours with the Krylon?
