I tried posting a video from my computer to the new forum and it wouldn't upload . I recieved an e-mail telling me of the failure and the possible reason why. It recommended that I upload in mp4 format so I used my Prism Video File Converter Plus program by NCH Software to convert it to mp4. It appeared to upload succesfully and it did play but today I received the same e-mail and the vidoe would no longer play. Is there something else I needed to do? The mp4 output options gives me mp4, mp4iPod, mp4PSP, mp4iPhone and mp4iPad, also the encoder options for the video compressor gives me H264 or MPEG4. I did use the mp4 with the H264 option when I converted it, should I have used some other combination? HELP!
