Wondering if anyone has suggestions for something o -gauge related for Sunday Feb 10th in the city. I’m sure I’ll pass through Grand Central at some point...,

The Annual Holiday Train Show at the Transit Museum Annex in GCT is open until Feb. 24th. The museum is off the great hall - be sure to check out the hall ceiling and the clock over the info booth. The upper level Metro-North gates are off the great hall as well - even on Sunday you can usually see some 1:1 gauge trains parked on the various tracks.
Thanks Paul, great suggestion.
We have an open house from 10 to 4 tomorrow 40 minutes from Grand Central Station in Paterson, NJ if you feel like taking a little drive.

If you decide to check out the gates and see a car like the one below, that is a diesel train and if you walk down the platform (you are allowed to enter the platforms and take pics), there is usually one of MN’s Genesis diesels on the other end. A couple are done up in a New Haven McGinnes paint scheme.

Very cool
There is a taped tour of GCT available on the south side of the main concourse.
The layout at the Transit Museum is very nice. Saw it over the Holidays but the store was packed. Should be less crowded now.
Enjoy!
Well I’m pleased that I got off my backside to venture into Manhattan. Took the 7 train. Spent time at Grand Central Terminal, the Library, and a favorite spot for dinner. Not a wasted day. The ease of the transit system still amazes me. Being from Detroit, transit appears to be lost again.

I'm glad you were able to get out and see some sights.
