beautiful work,  yes the stuff i got is limited and my first thoughts were "Heck that is makeup"

but then i started playing with it, and i antiqued a old tractor, then i rusted a tin roof and it came out great, I found that spraying it with clear flat lacquer aided the process, since it is dry and it can wipe off, the spray settles it in and flattens it out, made the tin roof on my tobacco barn look 80years old and the cost was ten bucks and i did it myself on my own bench in my own family room and did not have to send anything out

now i used this stuff on the roof and the tractor only did the barn free hand with acrylic paint, also cheap and sprayed the same settling lacquer on it also.

next project is a flat car with a Sherman tank on it (relive a childhood experience so to say)

but i like it

and i recommend it

All kidding aside. I have good luck with artist chalks as well... I use an exacto and an artist palette to mix the colors I need.

artist chalk,,, darn all kinds of colors and it probably is the same stuff.  I knew there was a reason i liked this place

here is one for you

Ever thought of using black sealant to look like gobs of dripping black grease??  been thinking of that, like permatec or black silicone.  Put some on a pallet and use a tooth pick to dob it on wheels?  yes/no/super stupid/are you nuts??
