weaver Gs-2 traction tires and siderod nut size

Hi all, doing some maintince on my daylight and need to replace traction tires on older weaver Gs-2. What size is the size of the nut holding the linkage on the wheels, and what nutdriver or wrench that small do you recomend? It is less than 4mm my smallest wrench . And who has traction tires for it. Im guessing weaver so I will call them tomorrow but if they don't?

Anyone done a ps-2 upgrade, or recomend someone to do one?
