I must say that I was quite impressed with Weaver service. I had my 3 rail GP38 for less than a month when the sound stopped working and the front truck would derail when making right turns. I e-mailed Weaver and they gave me an RGA number right away. I sent the engine back on January 24 and I received the repaired unit today via UPS. They replaced the speaker and extended the wires. I am looking forward to my next Weaver purchase.
