Happy Weekend everybody! Here is a video of a smoke unit upgrade I did on my Polar Express 18754 berkshire with whistle steam, the video also shows it running on my new layout. I swapped out the old resistor with one from a smoke unit conversion kit on Ebay and put in new pink insulation for the batting. The smoke unit works a lot better than it did before and you get a nice big plume of whistle smoke!
