Lastly, some stills......and then, to another day of running trains for the public.....It is "Kids Day in the Garden" at our venue, the Great Big GreenHouse.....we expect 200-300 kids and their parents today......

I've had these Sunset/3rd Rail Santa Fe FT's for years and never got to run them. I took them over to a friends recently and he was nice enough to give me some track time. They ran perfectly right out of the box. I still can't figure what they were doing in South Omaha.

I did some New Haven passenger running........I know, I know.....the New Haven never had a Hudson that looked like this......but when New Haven steam is offered, one has to jump!

Thank you for the kind words, Jeff......we really have a good time. Today was our last day.....Kids Day in the Garden.......over a thousand people and over 700 kids....

Bill, I've driven past that station many times, though the last time was back in '93.  I watched both the N&W J 511 and A 1218 from that vantage point.  Thank you for the photographs of the station!!!

I was testing wiring and DCS signal on the newly-installed west end of my yard, so I brought out a few engines for fun.

Here P&LE and Conrail local crews swap interchange cars.

I have wanted a set of yellow and gray up alco forever,but recently decided on a set of Williams,i found a set on the tca interchange track,which I will confess,other than read the ads don't read much else,,but this last time I did,and I snagged a set ,now the hunt for the Williams streamliners to go with it

I lived there for 30 plus years, it is to late for me, save yourselves. DON'T GO THERE!
