Here are a few shots of an eastbound mixed freight led by a trio of Lionel PRR GP-30's. They are passing under the PA Route 35 bridge and the westbound interlocking signal at Mifflin. Note the rise and fall of the pole line to clear Route 35:
And looking to the east...
Finally, a dramatic view from trackside...
Walt Rapp:
Looking forward to pictures as you build your 2017 Christmas layout.

Next day we had the first revenue departure at 6:19am to Lynchburg, Charlottesville, Manassas, Alexandria, Washington, New York and Boston etc.
Here's the train after it returned on time at 9:55pm.
And lastly the train being put to bed in its servicing facility for the overnight cleaning and readying for the next day's trip:

Scott......
On Halloween night the neighbors across the street trick-or-treated with their 2 yr old little boy. They told me that they just went to the VMT and loved it, especially the layouts.....I was proud to tell them that I know the guys (you & Josh) who maintain the O gauge layout!

One of my favorite engines, the I-5 Hudson.....I hope it gets remade someday with Legacy or PS3.
....and make it for O54 curves.....

You could, of course, track down the Weaver version and add ERR's TMCC. As for O-54 curves, fuggedaboutit
Patrick, I believe I have one of those "milk" trucks squirrelled away somewhere but I believe mine has a "chrome" or silver tank. Did yours come white or did you paint it?

Okay, John I must confess. I looked the picture and the caption of the Paramount Theater and said to myself " Hey nice! They're building a new theater, pretty cool! The lights on that are awesome, but I don't know what it has to do with trains, a throwback to the 80's I guess". Then I looked the next picture below it and said to myself "Oh it's not a REAL Theater. . . " LOL!!! That's how good your modeling is!!! Excellent Work!
The animation of the Miller Engineering Theater signs is great. You can choose from many blinking styles but this one seems most genuine to me. And I see that I misspelled Bueller. But that's what you get for hiring high schoolers to work at your theater I guess!
nmp.... a very nice photo........
Thank you all for posting , made my Satuday morning start out just fine ...................
At the Kalamazoo Model Railroad show on Sunday I was able to find a Lionel L&N ACF Center Flow 3-bay hopper and an MTH Santa Fe 50' high cube box car. The graphics are fun even if they are not on a model that is an exact representation of the real car.
