Bill,

I always like your photos of the Seattle and Yakima.  However the name screams Pacific Northwest!  Please enlighten me on the Statue of Liberty near the Drive In.

Thank you.

Mark, that area is a small park that has a reproduction of the Statue of Liberty put out by K-Line many years ago. I think that RMT has that tooling now.

Bill,

Yes, I see the totem poles too.  That makes for a nice park.

Thank you for the reply, and please keep the photos coming.

Another set of power for the Super Chief on the San Diego Club layout. I can never figure out which set to take down there so I just take a few.

Powered A & B, Breakdown B unit, Dummy B unit, and Dummy A unit with crew figures and lights removed. There's no deadheading in rear units on this train.

Alan, I can't put into works how wonderful I think your layout is.  I sure wish I could see it some day but I live on the other side of the world......so your photo's will have to serfice.  I don't know where you find the time with all the great selling you are doing for OGR.  Your photo posting is something I always look forward to.

Steve, Lady and Tex

Marty....your layout inspired me and so a lot of what you see is because of what you did on your layout....especially the catenary.  My catenary is not complete yet and is about 30 feet from getting there!  I ran out of MTH wire and Midge is trying to find some for me...  You and Doty are welcome anytime...!!

Steve...Oregon is not that far away!!....if you can get here, you have a place to stay at our home during your visit.  My wife is quite the cook so lodging and meals will be provided!!

Thanks,

Alan

Back to making progress on my Union Station project. The last few days I have been working on the access doors that face Scott St. I am not happy with the door on the right and will redo the bottom of it.

Also included a picture from today of a BNSF freight headed north and Metra headed back to Chicago
