Last summer of 2012 Wegman's food markets blew out on 50% clearance their Lionel train sets that were left over from the previous 2011 holiday season.
Can anyone tell me if this summer they had a similar clearance sale on their unsold, leftover sets from this past 2012 holiday season? If so, what percentage off did they sell them for?

Not sure if you are looking for a set. If so, call Wegman's customer service - see # on their web site. They found me one and so I went to that store and got it. Now this was in 2012 for a set that came out in late 2011. I had zero interest in the thing - a fellow forum member wanted one and so I got it for him. Thus I am not familair with the happenings on the 2012 set since I have no reason to get one. But when I called customer service they were nice and said they would check - and sure enough they called back and arranged for it to be held until the day I said I would pick it up.
The Geneva, NY Wegmans store just put them back on the shelf within the last 2 weeks at regular price of $199.95, no discount, also the 4 pack of Fastrack 10 inch straights at $19.99, I haven't been in any other Wegmans to see if they had any left over from last season.
