Weird Crew Talk

Okay, I didn't buy these units for the sound systems but both the Lionel Rock Island F unit in addition to the Lionel-K Line CNSM interurbans, I want to know who recorded the crew talk? It's some of the funniest voices I ever heard. The Rock Island guy sounds so perky he seems overly caffeinated..way perky and the conductor on the interurban cars is a stand in for Jimmie Cricket, or he has overindulged in inhaling helium. Sort of bizarre in a entertaining way. If I took realism seriously, I probably send them to be checked out at the clinic. Just a random observation on the quirks of realism.
