My first post in OGR. I'm west of the Rockies, so:
Western Pacific - 1
Southern Pacific - 2
Union Pacific -3
Atchison, Topeca and Santa Fe - IMO, everyone should have at least one Santa Fe EMD F3 Warbonnet! LoL - 2
BNSF -1
Polar Express - 1
All Lionel with TMCC or Legacy and one K-Line
Started out as a Christmas tree table 4'x8' twin loop in my bay window just for the Polar Express. It's grown to a 8'x11' table with triple loop. Once you start this hobby it consumes you ;-)
Favorite place to watch the real thing, Feather River Canyon Northern California. Tracks are shared by BNSF and UP, and of course the famous Keddie Y and many other beautiful locations along the Feather River North Fork.
PRR: 40 plus
N&W/Virginian: 8
Lionel Lines about a dozen
Santa Fe: 3 all F3’s plus 2 more sets in restoration
Over a dozen other assorted road names C&O, B&O, NYC, Monongahela, Erie/Lackawanna, Southern, PL&E and not sure what else.

Actually, it was my Dad who served in the Navy onboard the USS Tarawa (CV-40).
