Mine, in no particular order: All Barclay's, both originals and repros; Lionel prewar figure set or MTH or LCT repros; Lionel Large Scale figure set; LGB figures, including the 1920's vintage seated figures which look well in Lionel state cars; Aristocraft G scale figures. Since I also run LGB, the more European figures do not look out of place on my 86" X 90" layout. Many of the LGB seated figures other than the ones previously mentioned also look good in my state cars!

The "new" Barclay figures are solid castings and heavier than the originals and are beautifully hand painted right here in the USA in Manorville, NY! I have about a baker's dozen (13). They were late shipping, so the owner threw in a bonus figure: a chef holding a roast! I like the fact that he chose new colors so you can mix the new with the old! MERRY CHRISTMAS to our California friends!

They are around two and a half inches, the base is large. The look is typically vintage and they are near the same period than standard gauge trains. There is informations about them in a TCA quaterly  ... i will try to find the right one.

They are collector items but you can find them on the auction site for a very affordable price, it just needs some time to find them for less of the price of new Barclay figures. Some sellers want really too much for them.

I have some Barclays, repro and they are excellent in my opinion.
