I'd rather just avoid creating posts and replies that trigger the need for a review.
Including attachments, such as a PDF file, has flagged two of my replies, so I'll avoid that.
Membership type, or how long you have been a member doesn't appear to have any bearing.
I wonder if number of posts makes any difference?

Key words...that's all it is. When files are attached, like jpg images or pdf files, those keywords are sometimes present in the code that represents the file.
That's all there is to it.
And what might those keywords be?
I'm in the same boat. Two posts of mine have been flagged for review -- and were approved -- and I have no idea what the reason for the hold-up was. Was it "CTT"?

It's not a matter of avoiding anything. All that happens is that the code which makes up an image or pdf file occasionally has a string of letters in the code that the forum inteperets as one of the key words. If that's the case, it will delay your post for a while, but we'll ultimately see it and approve it.
