If you notice both have what looks like a leather shield on the trunks for protection.
The second photo caption said it's pushing a Seaboard Air Line engine. You can see the word "Bailey" on the car in the background so I would assume this "engine" belonged to Barnum & Bailey.
I wonder what the "engineer" gets paid
