Something hot...coffe or hot chocolate. It's chilly in the attic room.
Coffee (flavored from my Keurig), tea (iced or hot depending on weather), and some times a cold beer.

A few of my favorites.
MERRY CHRISTMAS
Either coffee, ice water w/lemon, ice tea, lemon aid or 7-Up. BTW there's a fully stocked bar for visitors.
No liquids allowed in the trainroom due to the carpet. Don't need to do my usual "ooops" with a sloshing cup of coffee!~
When I ever get a chance to run trains at the house, sweet tea or coffee .
At work running real trains, same sweet tea or coffee
Coffee, When running trains I need a clear eye, and mind, what is left of it.
Many thanks,
Billy C
hello guys and gals..........
Decaf coffee with milk.....

Nothing when running trains. There is always a bottle of water by the workbench when doing construction.
I get out the U-Bet chocolate syrup to make a good 'ol NY Egg Cream. Reminds me of 1957 once again!
Beer or wine....mostly beer!

No food, no beverages in the basement near the model railroad.

Mid afternoon, my wife bring down ice or hot tea (depending on the season) and we chat and have some chips or other bad for you treat. It is a delightful time to just chat - and for me to show off any new project. Of course her interest is more in the tea and chat than the "project".
Before: Black coffee
During: Water
After: Water flavored with Maker's Mark

Boy, reading this thread sure made me thirsty. I'd have a Diet Pepsi but that would keep me up till daylight. Maybe a glass of homemade Cherry Wine or just water on the rocks. Better save the wine. It'll have me peeing all night.
Cuppa coffee or two in the daytime, beer in the evening hours. That's if I'm running trains and just enjoying the action, if I'm fixing them I don't usually drink anything, I get too focused on work and the drinks end up at room temperature.
When I can find it over here the Man Cave fridge is stocked with Anchor Steam.
Again if I can find it the soft drink option is A&W Root Beer.
If we are having a BBQ or something make mine a scotch. Johnny Blue or a Single Malt.
Orange Zarex and cherry Pez.
I really enjoyed reading everyone's comments..
I sure hope all of you have the best Holiday ever..
K.C.
either a glass of Coke Zero, or a nice cold Yuengling. If I can find it, I'll sub out the Yuengling for some Goose Island 312
Around the holidays, I go for the Belgian ales:
St. Bernardus abt 12
La Fin Du Monde
a little smoke fluid for the loco and some smokin' fluid for the engineer
I pretty much stick with Bud Light for most occasions now that I am old and fat.

Same as the one while driving, Jack and ice.
Flavored seltzer usually. Been having that for so long, I actually dislike
soda except maybe ginger ale.
Hoppy
Nice cold mug of Pepsi, sometimes with a bit of Bacardi or Captain Morgan Rum added.
Boilo - the champagne of the Pennsylvania Coal Region.
Beer! Type varies, but either a craft brew or German bier.
I can't be alone can I?
