I would be happy that the issue is being addressed before everyone got it.  We complain when nothing gets checked and we complain when it does.  Not saying everyone is complaining but...  I don't know what's holding them up but if they did find an issue and are addressing it then kudos to them.  While I didn't order one, I'd rather wait a few more months ( I guess that's the time frame) and get a correctly working engine than get a non working engine, deal with the frustration, < begin sarcasm> have to come here and complain <end sarcasm>, and then send it back.

I would be happy to sit and wait for it to come in with the issue(s) addressed before delivery.

I don't know either. I'm like John, not holding my breath. Today I have to pop to my LTS and see about picking up two cabooses. They left me a message yesterday also saying that they recently got in some new collections, some engines new in box, my eyebrow went up on two of the three. Maybe I'll think about those and concentrate on other things first. If they're at York, I doubt I would pass up one of them as it is something I missed out on.

We've heard this song before, let's wait until it actually arrives!

Remember what he said in the video John, they're a little more fragile than they thought. Best keep yours in the box eh? This is going to be one of those locomotives that ALWAYS stays on the layout. Almost how some of those Erie Triplexes never left the layout because they were such a PITA to put back in the box from what I have heard.

It is good to hear that the Berk's and the A5's will be made eventually. We sort of heard that there was major issues, looks like they at least got the designs fixed. Hope they are good.
