There are a few engine wiring diagrams available on the Lionel site, but it seems to be very hit and miss.
Is there another source for engine wiring diagrams out there?
I am thinking specifically of:
6-38021 Lionmaster Challenger
6-11107 Lionmaster Cab Forward
6-28059 4-8-2 WP Mountain
No doubt Lionel techs can access any of these, but what about the rest of us?

What you see is what you get. Tech's are in the same boat.

What you maybe able to find is a TMCC, Railsounds 4 steamer diagram. If you get that it will basically be the same for all of those 3 engines. The Cab Forward was RS 5 but the wiring is the same.
Lionel did provide Authorized Repair centers the opportunity to purchase the generic layouts.
Is there a specific area you are looking for?

Thanks for the replies.
I like to experiment with such things as making puffing smoke on engines not so equipped.
So it is nice to have the wiring schematic for the engine rather than plunge in blind and take a chance on frying something.
Would the generic diagrams provide any help?

I find a locomotive that's similar and use that as a guide. Many times you can find one with the same TMCC motherboard, so much of the wiring will be the same. It's not perfect, but it's as close as it's going to get from what Bill says.
