I put this out on the York forum but I figure tin guy's might have an idea . I know they are set up in orange hall but I'm not sure of they sell from their booth.

I remember seeing them when I was there. I got the impression that they were from the Czech factory just waving the flag and not selling from the booth. I don't know if anyone since has taken up an agency. Looking at their website, there is no US distributor listed.
I realize this doesn't necessarily directly help you for York, but I seem to recall someone selling them at the Allentown show several times (they were in the side alcove near the test track).
Perhaps someone who knows the Allentown vendors better than I might make a link and can help figure out if these folks show up at York.

ETS will sell to you in Orange Hall. There is also a small ETS dealer in Purple Hall.

I don't remember their name-I believe they are Pennsylvania based. The inventory was limited but priced really well. They have been on the left side of Purple Hall on the row that is next to the center dividing wall.

I found a neat little engine and 2 cars at the ETS booth and I have to say I'm very impressed with them so far!
Interesting that the caboose appears to be a passenger coach with a cupola stuck on top. If you're interested in some more passenger cars (same color, different roadname), see my ad on the Bu/Sell board.
