Could they be from Weaver. I think they sold poles that looked like that but they were made by someone else.....Paul
They look homemade. Years ago there was a post on how the person made the poles.
I made some using the technique. You would take a blade like a hacksaw and scrape it along the dowel. Craft beads and pins were used for the insulators.

Poles I got from weaver are plastic..nice poles but plastic..made some out of balsa round and square, glass beads from a craft store and ho track spikes. Turned out nice but pretty fragile. Balsa was easy to work with but after I broke a couple by being clumsy I quit making them for now

Guy that used to be on the forum named Dave Baron made poles very similar to these He was at York for a few years too

Neal Schorr designed a set of line poles which were then sold to Weaver. When Weaver ceased operations, Atlas O bought the manufacturing and rights to the poles. I am glad to seem them survive as they are exceptional.

Thank you to everyone who chimed in on these poles. It has been determined that they in fact where made by Dave Baron and they where acquired at York.I will be selling them if anyone has an interest.

Yes those are most likely Dave poles. He had a company called DM&M Railroad company and was based out of Columbus Ohio. He sold at fall York, maintained a website but after three years he closed up shop. Those telephone poles were hand made and very nice. I have a bunch on my layout and they look super.
