I remember seeing this layout on a I Love Toy Trains or a part of the Lionel Nation series that was RFD TV.
That is the layout of one of the best guys in this hobby. His name is Bill Rennolds and he is a contributor to this forum. The detail and planning that went into this layout is incredible. I spent the evening with Bill and his lovely wife back in October and by far this train room is the most comfortable and inviting train room that I have ever been in. Not only does he have an incredible layout, but Bill is a talented and sincere friend who has guided me in other areas of my life. Bottom line, Bill is one of the best.
