If you Google 31 Ford Brewster Green. You will get pictures of real cars as well as a few models. Not sure I can post the photo. What shows up is a color close to MTH’s Hudson. The Berks. were built right around this timeframe. The Light Green spoked wheels probably to provide an offset color on the car resemble Lionel’s boiler color.

That is a moderator question to ask, even if it is linked, probably not.
It's definitely lighter than what comes up with "31 Ford Brewster Green". Here's mine, with direct light from a window on one side and backlit.

Well, mine has officially arrived at home, I'll pick it up when I get in. It will be making a trip to the paint shops of Harmon Yards to be sure. No disrespect to anyone, but I want the Brewster Green.
Whatever green that you like, it is a nice looking engine.
There are lots of brass models that seem to closely match the color of Lionel's production.

Division Point's A-1b is also a similar color to Lionel's.
Thus, Lionel's color for the B&A A-1b 2-8-4 is hardly unique.
For opinion, I really like how the black sets off against the green.
Of interest, is the Boston and Maine, Santa Fe, Southern Pacific a T-1 Berkshire or the A-1 Berkshire?
@WBC That link isn't working for some reason.

They changed the address.
But there is a work around. The River Raisin Models B&A 2-8-4 A-1 Locomotive is already here on the forum:

Since the picture is already on the forum
The tender of the Lionel model appears to be the tender type used by the Boston and Maine T-1b 2-8-4 Berkshire.
Pictures here including 1424 (A-1a) and 1426 (A-1b), both of which had tenders with twin axel bogies.
