Who will be the 1st to offer the Chicago Great Western F7 ABA set?

I want a A-B-B-B-B-A  set like the wagon trains that they ran. I have a C&NW A-B-B-B-B-A wagon train.

Stunning set. Also note a similar paint colors was used for emd F9 test unit a-b set #462.

There was no "B Unit" made with the EMD Engineering test unit. That "unit" coupled behind was the EMD Engineering Test Car.

MTH has done it with F3s, if not F7s!  I suggest that everyone pre-order to ensure that the run is not cancelled!

Well Hot Water the you are correct when it comes to the 1:1 but in O gauge, the test car looks like a B unit. A "B unit" is the closest model we have in O gauge to replicate it. So I am in for an A-B set of EMD test units!

The colors themselves are reminiscent of the GM&O while the pattern is similar to the Illinois Central    Quite appealing!

Well, Atlas has caught the CGW Fever with their offering of a fleet of 60' passenger cars and that would mean that they're thinking about it.  With there being no point in competing with the MTH F3s, F7s would be the logical power to move them.

I have a few sets of the MTH passenger cars in stock.... my most recent layout videos show an AB pair running on my layout.

Having bought the entire set of cars, three "scale wheel" F3s and two other B units, I'm just waiting for after Christmas sales on F3A units so I can power my Bs.  I have to get serious about preordering the Atlas cars but not tonight...
